2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C) govern the subscription to the online training platform Acteur.Studio, which offers dramatic arts courses based on the Stanislavski method.
By subscribing, you accept without reservation all of these T&C.
3. The Subscription – How It Works
💰 Price and billing
• $8 per week (approximately $32 per month)
• Automatic weekly billing to your payment method
• First week free to test the platform
• Price may change with 30 days notice (existing subscribers keep their current price)
🎁 Free trial period
• You have 7 days free to explore the platform
• Full access to all available courses during this period
• No payment will be made during the free week
• If you cancel before the end of the free week, you will never be charged
📚 What you get
• Unlimited access to 1 new course per week in French AND English
• Automatic access to future courses at no extra cost
• Practical exercises with downloadable PDFs
• Progress at your own pace, 24/7
4. Cancellation and Termination
✅ You can cancel anytime
• One click is enough in your subscriber area
• No notice required
• No cancellation fees
• You keep access until the end of your paid period
Concrete example:
You sign up on Monday, December 1st. You test for free until Monday, December 8th. If you cancel before December 8th, you pay nothing. If you continue, you’ll be charged $8 on December 8th, then $8 every Monday after that until cancellation.
Important: Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the next charge to avoid billing for the following week.
5. Payment Methods
Payments are accepted by:
• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• PayPal (subject to availability)
Payments are secured by our payment provider. We do not store any banking data on our servers.
6. Course Access and Availability

• We are currently publishing 1 new course per week in French and English
We commit to:
• Keep the platform accessible 24/7 (except scheduled maintenance)
• Regularly publish new content
• Inform you in case of major changes to the publication schedule
Important note: In case of prolonged technical interruption (more than 7 consecutive days), the subscription period will be extended free of charge for an equivalent duration.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Acteur.Studio (video courses, exercises, PDFs, texts, images, logo) is the exclusive property of Jean-Philippe Tchifteyan and is protected by French and international copyright law.

❌ What you CANNOT do:
• Download, copy, or redistribute course videos
• Share your account or login credentials with others

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works without written permission

We only collect data necessary for your subscription to function:

• We do not guarantee specific results (getting a role, professional success, etc.)
• We are not responsible for technical interruptions beyond our control (Internet outages, etc.)
• Your progress depends on your personal investment in practicing exercises
10. Modification of T&C
We reserve the right to modify these T&C at any time.
In case of substantial modification:
• You will be informed by email at least 30 days before implementation
• You can cancel your subscription if you refuse the new terms
• Continuing your subscription will constitute acceptance of the new T&C
11. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately with your express consent.
In practice: By subscribing and accessing courses upon registration, you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. However, you benefit from a free week that allows you to test the platform without commitment.
